bedroom is between 150-200 square feet, has a closet and a
window with a great view. Shared LR, and bathroom and
kitchen (both recently renovated). The apt is in a pre-war
elevator building with a doorman and laundry in the
building. It has wood floors, a dishwasher, 12 ft ceilings,
tons of sunlight, and is on the top floor with views looking
out over Prospect Park and the Hudson Bay. It is a short
walk from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn
Library, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and a plethora of
restaurants and shops in Park Slope. It is located on the
Grand Army Plaza circle (Park Slope/Prospect Heights) and
is 1.5 blocks from the 2/3 line and 3 blocks from the Q.
Rent is $1350 per month. Utilities are gas,electric and
cable (Cable, Wireless internet, Phone-land) and they
average $65-$80 per month per person. Looking for a someone
to commit to a long term agreement (pref 1 yr).
